I specialize in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), with advanced training for first responders and veterans through VA-affiliated programs, as well as Internal Family Systems (IFS). My approach supports individuals through trauma, anxiety, and emotional dysregulation, integrating mind-body practices and a whole-person perspective.
